They said the appointee executive’s body was found in Kikuyu and taken to City Mortuary in Nairobi on Saturday.
His relatives have distinguished it and are at the office.
Additionally at the morgue are authorities including IEBC administrator Wafula Chebukati and official Roselyn Akombe.
Akombe sobbed and was reassured by her associates.
Subsequent to reporting Musando’s vanishing on Sunday, Chebukati said he was most recently seen on Friday night.
“The last correspondence from him was a SMS sent to one of his associates at around 3 am on Saturday morning.”
A vehicle having a place with Musando was before followed to the TRM parking garage. The Land Rover Discovery was discovered in place at around 1 am on Monday.

Senior IEBC officials are currently at the City Mortuary, Nairobi where his body is.
Earlier, his abandoned car was found at Roysambu near Thika Road Mall.
Msando was one of the few people with knowledge on the location of IEBC servers.
